Early voter applications and voting registration forms are available at the office. Please feel free to stop by the office to pick up the forms you need. We will also accept any completed forms and will turn them into the Board of Elections for you. Be sure to let friends and neighbors know of this service. We are happy to supply forms to any residents, whether they have students at our building or not.

Normandy Family Night, September 12, 2013, 7-8:30 PM. Adults will participate in an interactive presentation about “Setting Students up for Success” with our featured speaker Ann Anzalone. Students will enjoy watching “Despicable Me” in the multipurpose room. (Only students who have an adult present for the speaker may attend the movie)

Centerville Lions Club 5K Run/Walk and Pancake Breakfast on Saturday, Sept. 28. Lions 5k REGISTRATION v4 8-22-13 This event is one of our fund raisers to support the Food4Summer program and other community service projects that we do. The race begins and ends at Centerville United Methodist Church on 63 E. Franklin, and the route is around the Stingley Elementary School neighborhood. Running or walking also includes a pancake breakfast, or just come to eat!

DESTINATION IMAGINATION: The 2013-2014 Destination Imagination season is about to begin! If your child wants to further develop creativity and writing skills, invention and problem-solving skills, and have fun being part of a team, consider looking at DI. Centerville Destination Imagination is having its pre-season kickoff Informational Meeting for parents and students who are interested in hearing more about the DI program. It will be held on THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 12,at 7pm at the Cline Elementary Auditorium. (Cline Elementary is located at 99 Virginia Ave, and the Auditorium is right inside the north entrance of the building.) At the Information Meeting, students and parents will hear about DI and its benefits, meet their school’s DI Building Coordinator, and find out the next steps in participating on a DI team this year.
